At Pharmnuts, we understand that sometimes orders may need to be modified or cancelled. We aim to make this process clear and fair for all users — whether public buyers or healthcare professionals.

Pharmnuts prioritizes customer satisfaction, reflecting the standards set by reputed pharmacy platforms. Our refund and cancellation policy includes the following terms.

  1. Order Cancellation
    • You may cancel your order anytime before it is packed or dispatched.
    • Once an order is marked as “Out for Delivery” or “Dispatched”, cancellation will not be allowed.
  2. Refund Policy
    • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after claim verification.
    • If payment was made online, the refund will be credited to the original payment method.
    • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no refund process is required if cancelled before dispatch.
  3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
    • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
    • Please provide clear photographic evidence to support your claim.
  4. Eligible Returns
    • Unopened medicines or products may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
    • Returns must comply with Pharmnuts return guidelines.
  5. Non-Returnable Items
    • Opened or used products
    • Perishable or temperature-sensitive medicines
    • Products requiring cold chain storage
    • Items marked as non-returnable
  6. Cancellation Restrictions
    • Orders involving Schedule drugs (H, H1, TB, X) or prescription medicines cannot be cancelled once packed.
    • Bulk / B2B orders placed by doctors, pharmacies, or hospitals cannot be cancelled once approved, except in cases of stock unavailability or delivery issues.
  7. Pharmnuts Rights

    Pharmnuts reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

    • Unavailability of stock
    • Invalid KYC (for B2B users)
    • Pricing or technical errors
    • Delivery location restrictions
    You will be notified immediately in such cases and any payment made will be fully refunded.
