At Pharmnuts, we prioritize transparency and customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature
of pharmaceutical and wellness products, returns are accepted only under specific conditions
and follow a strict protocol.

When Can You Request a Return?
Return requests are accepted only in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged or broken item received
- Product expired at the time of delivery
- Missing items in the package
- Packaging tampered or seal broken on arrival
Note: Photo or video proof must be submitted during the return request for processing.
Pickup Information: Pharmnuts does not arrange courier services directly.
Pickup will be facilitated through our partnered logistics providers.

Products Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned due to pharmaceutical compliance:
- Opened or partially used medicines
- Cold-chain or temperature-sensitive products
- Schedule H / H1 / X prescription drugs
- Personal hygiene and diagnostic devices once opened
- Bulk / B2B orders (unless damaged or incorrect)
- Orders returned beyond the 48-hour return window

Return Processing Time
- Return request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Once the product is received at our warehouse, the return/refund will be processed
within 7–10 working days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
(or wallet where applicable).

Public Users:

Returns are accepted for general wellness, food, and self-care products
under the terms mentioned above.
Doctors / Pharmacies / Hospitals (B2B):

Returns are accepted only in case of incorrect, damaged, or expired items.
Returns will not be accepted for overstock or ordering mistakes.
