At Pharmnuts, our goal is to deliver your orders safely, promptly, and with full transparency. All deliveries are handled through trusted third-party courier partners such as Professional Courier and other logistics providers, ensuring reliable service across Tamil Nadu and eligible areas.

  1. Serviceable Areas

    We currently ship to selected pincodes within Tamil Nadu and nearby regions based on our courier partners’ network.

    Note: Use the Pincode Checker during checkout to confirm delivery availability in your area.
  2. Dispatch & Delivery Time
    • Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation.
    • Delivery typically takes 2–5 working days, depending on location and courier service.
    Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

    Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly shown during checkout before order confirmation.

  4. Order Tracking

    Once your order is dispatched:

    • You will receive an app notification with your courier tracking link.
    • You can also view tracking information in the "Track Orders" section of the Pharmnuts app.

    We ship through reliable partners like Professional Courier, ensuring a verifiable and trackable delivery process.

  5. Undelivered Orders

    Orders may be cancelled or returned if:

    • The delivery address is incorrect or unreachable.
    • Delivery fails after multiple attempts.
    • Your area becomes temporarily unserviceable.

    In such cases, any prepaid amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

  6. Cold Chain & Sensitive Products

    If applicable, cold-chain medicines (such as insulin or vaccines) are packed using temperature-controlled packaging. These products are not eligible for return or cancellation once dispatched.

  7. Invoicing

    All shipments include a GST-compliant invoice, which is also available for download from your account.
