1. User Eligibility

   • You must be 18 years or older to place an order on Pharmnuts.

2. Product Availability & Pricing

   • Product prices may change without prior notice.
   • All orders are subject to stock availability and order confirmation.
   • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and logistics.

3. Prohibited Use

   • Use of Pharmnuts for illegal or unauthorized purposes is strictly prohibited.
   • We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion in case of suspected misuse, fraud, or invalid documentation.

4. KYC Requirements for B2B Users

   For doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies registering as B2B users, the following valid documents must be uploaded during registration:

   • Drug License
   • GST Certificate
   • Doctor Registration Certificate
   • Prescription Pad (if applicable)
   Note: Orders for B2B users will be processed only after successful verification and approval by the Pharmnuts team.

5. For Public Users (General Login)

   • No KYC documentation is required.
   • Public users are allowed to purchase only:
   • General food and wellness products
   • Self-analysing medical devices and products (e.g., glucometers, BP monitors, thermometers, nebulizer)
