   By downloading, accessing, or using the Pharmnuts mobile application ("App"), you acknowledge your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and your agreement to adhere to them. Please refrain from utilizing the application if you disagree with the agreement.

   1.1. User Eligibility

   You must be at least 18 years of age to submit an order.

2. Order Placement & Delivery

   • The app allows users to place orders for both prescription and non-prescription products.
   • The delivery timelines provided are merely an estimate and may be subject to change as a result of unforeseen circumstances, location, or availability.
   • Pharmnuts shall not be held accountable for any delay or non-delivery that is caused by circumstances beyond our control.

   2.1. KYC Requirements for B2B Users

   The following valid documents must be uploaded during the registration process for doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies to register as B2B users:

   • Drug License
   • Certificate of GST Compliance
   • Certificate of Registration for a Doctor
   • Prescription pad (if applicable)
   Note: Orders for B2B users will be processed only after the Pharmnuts team has successfully verified and approved them.

   2.2. For Public Users

   • KYC documentation is not necessary.
   • Public users are permitted to acquire exclusively:
     • General food and wellness products
     • Self-monitoring medical devices (e.g. glucometers, BP monitors, thermometers, nebulizers)

3. Medical Advice Disclaimer

   • Pharmnuts does not offer medical advice. The information contained within the application is intended solely for informational purposes.
   • Always seek the advice of a licensed healthcare provider or physician regarding medical treatment, prescriptions, or diagnosis.
   • Our pharmacists can assist with dosage clarification or general inquiries but cannot replace a professional medical consultation.

4. Privacy & Data Security

   • We are dedicated to safeguarding your privacy. All user data, including personal and health information, is encrypted and securely stored.
   • Pharmnuts will not disclose your information to third parties without your authorization, except for legal obligations.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

   • The laws of India shall govern these Terms.
   • The courts in Tamil Nadu will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes that arise from or are related to the use of Pharmnuts.

   By establishing an account and utilizing the Pharmnuts app, you consent to the terms and conditions outlined in this document, as well as our Privacy Policy. Before submitting an order, you may be required to select a box or tap "I Agree."
